EVIA AND AUTOMATED LIGHTING
OPTIONS
At Ektos we understand the importance of your building lights being when needed. We also understand that buildings are differ and have different needs.
Evia uses individual automated circuits to control lighting. This is a key feature over most energy management systems, because it allows more lights to be turned off when they are not needed. In the evening hours, some lights can be left off — unlike most EMS where all outside lights come on at once.
Evia uses a digital light meter to measure the amount of daylight available. This is different than a photocell because it allows Evia to understand different levels of light, and turn lights on at different times as the sun sets. On a dark, gloomy day, Evia will even turn on your road sign or drive thru menu!
Evia comes standard with up to 9 schedule options. Managers with Evia can set the schedule of specific sections like the side dining room for temperature and lighting. An important use of the added scheduling is to ensure late night closing staff has enough light in the restaurant and in the parking lot after hours.
Schneider Electric Powerlink Package
Smart Breakers
Replacement of existing panel for controllable breakers. EVIA networks with the lighting panel and all controllable breakers are programmed based on their function in the building.
Networked Relay Panel
The Networked Relay Panel pulls circuits from an existing lighting panel the building wishes to control. These circuits are then interfaced with the EVIA and programmed accordingly.
Relay Module Interface
Already have a contractor panel controlling your lighting? By adding relays and an extra module EVIA can control these circuits and operate your lighting.
